0.5″×1.75″ (address return) up to 8.5″×11″ (full-sheet). Roll labels: 3″ core standard (1″ available); max roll OD 8″.

• Resolution: 300 DPI at final label size
• Bleed: 0.0625″ (1/16″) on all sides
• Safe zone: 0.0625″ inside cut line
• Die-cut line: separate spot color named "CutContour" or "Die" in vector file
• File formats: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS
• Fonts: Outlined / embedded
• Roll format: specify unwind direction (1–8) and core size at order

Sheet vs Roll Format

• Sheet labels — 8.5″×11″ sheets, laser/inkjet-compatible, low minimums
• Roll labels — for applicator machines; specify unwind direction and core size
