- File formats: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS
- Fonts: Outlined / embedded
- Roll format: specify unwind direction (1–8) and core size at order
Sheet vs Roll Format
- Sheet labels — 8.5″×11″ sheets, laser/inkjet-compatible, low minimums
- Roll labels — for applicator machines; specify unwind direction and core size
