Print Specifications

• Color mode: CMYK full color or 1–4 spot PMS colors
• Resolution: 300 DPI at final size
• Bleed: 0.125″ on printed edges (full-bleed designs)
• Safe zone: 0.25″ from all edges for critical content
• USPS Clear Zone: maintain 0.625″ × 2.375″ barcode clear zone lower-right front
• File formats: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD
• Fonts: Outlined / embedded
• Full-bleed designs must account for gummed flap area — template provided
