5 Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International shipping is available for select government and institutional contracts.

• Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure events
• For government orders requiring specific delivery windows, contact us prior to placing the order
• Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost

Free shipping thresholds and promotions are subject to terms specified at the time of promotion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6 Returns & Refunds
